Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding initial launch, weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are trialing a direct to customer bike delivery service to select customers living within certain central zones in London.
Bear with us during this time of strikes. We will try to find alternative methods to deliver this item to you - we will contact you if you are within our bike delivery service.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are currently offering free standard shipping in the England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland for apparel.
Estimated delivery times 3-7 working days.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within certain central post codes.
Deliveries are made from 08:00 to 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays depending on availability of staff. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Other options include communication through Instagram. If you have any questions just reach out to us there or at hello@mabrouklyn.com and we can work out a good time to bring you the goods.
International Shipping
We now offer international shipping to selected locations inlcluding but not limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the European Union.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mabrouklyn Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mabrouklyn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mabrouklyn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
